TATA Steel Netherlands, still known to most people as ‘Hoogovens’, is celebrating its hundredth anniversary with a full-blown festival for (former) employees and neighborhood residents. Coreworks is providing a striking and perfectly finished wall that serves as an entrance structure for the so-called Staal Theater. Within a large basic stage with a catwalk, and a custom-made front of house from where a spectacular theatre show is steered. Outside the festival site are a number of signing and routing towers and the DJ roof CoreHouse on top of an open construction that serves as ‘photo studio’. Everything finished to perfection with the TATA centennial banners.
